UK SHIPPING

Christmas 2024 update - we know you want it delivered as fast as possible for a reasonable rate therefore all UK orders will be packed and posted at 5pm for orders placed before 2pm on the run up to Christmas. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail First Class service. Should you absolutely need it tomorrow or the day after give us a call on 01386 244494 to place a Special Delivery order over the phone. 

We usually despatch parcels/orders Tuesday to Friday, using the Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel service. This costs £3.50 except for those over £50 which are all free.

In addition we offer an expedited service which aims to get your parcel to you as fast as possible by putting you to the top of the queue. This costs £9.95 for all orders and £4.95 for those over £50

Please do take note when you place your order, when the next despatch day for your parcel will be, for example should you order on a Saturday it should be despatched on Tuesday.

We dont promise to get it to you tomorrow, then let you down by not fulfilling our promise. 

To keep our prices as low as we possible can, we send all packages via second class Royal Mail, which can sometimes take a few days to reach you once we have posted it, they are tracked at the point of posting and delivery but not in between. There is nothing we can do to retrieve or speed up once despatched. Please bear this in mind when making your shipping choice at checkout
